Zach Wagner, Founder
Zach brings over 8 years of finance experience focused on debt financing for commercial real estate among other asset classes. Zach has been a broker in approximately $1.25 billion of capital market transactions and debt placements over the past 4 years and has earned the trust of both family office and institutional investors as a guy that gets the job done. Zach is currently studying for his CCIM certification and currently has his Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst, as well as a Credit Analyst Certificate from the Wharton School of Business and the Corporate Finance Institute. Zach‘s clients enjoy his cowboy presence with “a handshake meaning more than a contract” and always smiling face.
Jameson Curtis, Partner
Jameson’s roles include Commercial real estate & business capital structuring, Residential & Commercial mortgage origination, and currently serves as the Controller/FP&A for Last Mile Production Oil & Gas. He first entered real estate as an economic analyst then as a property manager, underwriter, and investment & acquisitions analyst. Jameson has underwritten over $2 billion in CRE & Acquisition deals and brokered under ConnectCRE’s 2023 top brokerage team before going independent. Jameson will graduate with his Masters in Finance at Southern Methodist University in May ‘25 and holds his Bachelors in Finance and minor in Economics. Jameson considers himself a foodie and outdoor adventurer. His passions outside of work consist of beach, board, and extreme sports.
